What the sheet contains

Rules and edge cases
The situations that change the answer, and the ones most calculators get wrong.
Eleven is the default and the tool checks it
Naming ten or twelve is usually a mistake caught too late. If the list is not eleven, the sheet says so before it is printed rather than at the toss.
The captain and keeper must be in the side
Marking somebody as captain who is not in the eleven is a common copy and paste error. It is flagged here, because the umpires will notice it and the correction has to be made in front of everyone.
The order you print is the order you are declaring
Some competitions require the batting order on the team sheet to be followed, and others treat it as indicative. Check your regulations before assuming you can rearrange it once the innings starts.
Exchange sheets before the toss, not after
Most playing conditions require the sides to exchange team sheets at or before the toss, precisely so that neither can pick in response to the other. Printing it in advance is the point.
