Broadcast graphics and live data feed for cricket television

Broadcast Graphics

Broadcast Graphics

The scoring feed that runs on air for national broadcasters, delivered as an XML data feed into your own graphics system or as Crickslab's own broadcast graphics. One source for the score bug, the full frame stats and the studio wall.

cricket television

Trusted by cricket boards, leagues and broadcasters

Powering thousands of cricket broadcasts across national boards, leagues and production houses in 14 countries.

Built for thegallery

Everything a production gallery expects from a data provider, without a second scoring team.

XML data feed

Ball by ball, scorecard, partnerships, Manhattan and worm, player career numbers. Structured for Viz, Ross and Chyron templates.

Real time sync

Desktop scoring workstation with sub second sync to the feed, so the graphic and the umpire agree.

Redundancy

Dual scoring positions and a failover feed for international fixtures, with a service level agreement.

Multi camera control

Graphics follow the camera cut. Lower thirds, full frames and transitions on the operator's key map.

The feed your studio already knows how to read

The feed your studio already knows how to read

Your graphics team keeps its templates and its operators. Crickslab replaces the data entry, not the look. The XML feed carries every field a cricket graphic needs, refreshed on every ball.

  • 1

Standard schema · documented fields, versioned, backwards compatible

  • 2

Push or pull · socket push for on air, HTTP pull for the studio wall and web

  • 3

Test feed · a full replay of a past match to build templates against before match day

Desktop scoring built for broadcast, not for the clubhouse

Desktop scoring built for broadcast, not for the clubhouse

Two scorers, one truth. The desktop workstation is designed for the speed of live television, with review states, DRS outcomes and corrections that propagate to every screen at once.

  • 1

Scorer and checker · dual entry with a reconciliation view

  • 2

Corrections · a corrected ball updates the feed, the graphic and the record together

  • 3

Offline safe · local first, syncs the moment the link returns

Broadcast quality at every level

The same graphics engine that runs on national television, sized to your production. Every step up buys a named capability, not a bigger number.

Frequently asked questions

Which studio graphics systems does the feed support?

Any system that reads XML or JSON over HTTP or a socket. Templates exist for Viz, Ross XPression and Chyron. Your graphics team builds against a replay feed before match day.

Do we need to use Crickslab graphics on air?

No. Network customers usually keep their own graphics package and take the data feed only. Crickslab graphics are available if you want a second output for digital or the ground screen.

How is desktop scoring different from the mobile scorer?

Same scoring engine, a workstation interface built for two operators and the speed of broadcast, with review and correction workflows the mobile app does not need.

What does a production quote include?

Feed, workstation licences, a named production contact, redundancy for the fixtures you specify and the service level you need. Ask on the first call and you get a number, not a discovery process.
